call centre stats add on

Hi All

I'm looking for an addon to elastix that provides detailed call centre stats and graphs etc for reporting purposes. The built in reports are very limited. I've tried the pro version for asternic already. It seems that only gives reports based on queues. Looking for an alternative. Any recommendations? Free or Paid version once it does the job.

Can you give an example of the type of reports you are looking for?

Hi

Besides queues, I am looking for reports on incoming and outgoing calls for trunks. Also I'm not sure if its possible to have reports on IVR when someone dials in. Also if possible reports on extensions.

For the IVR part, you can code a little and with some MYSQL basics you can have what you want, you can look here for more info about it:

As for the rest, there`s some free stuff that may help you a little, Asternic CDR Reports is a good place to start:

thanks for the help. im not good im mysql. dont want to break anything. ive used asternic pro version before. i will probably contact palosanto.com and see what they can offer.

I've contacted palosanto and they assigned a ticket # but never heard from them again :( I even tried emailing them back but no response.
