How To Disable Call Center Agent Multiple Login

Hi Experts,

When an Elastix user (say call center agent) login and use certain extension as an agent in Agent Console (GUI) I found that another users (or more than one user) in other PCs can login as the same agent using the same agent number and the same extension number in the Agent Console (GUI) without entering password + # in the extension phone. These other users can also see the incoming calls, the form and click "end sesion" to logoff (all will logoff at the same time).

How to avoid this and disable it?

If you are using the latest call center version (yum update elastix-callcenter), and you still have that issue, report it on:
